This is another example of why cops are pigs.
Just because its a law doesn’t mean you have to enforce it. Sure, you think its your job but I assure you that there are many ways to get out of doing it. I can make you a list if you’d like. And I don’t understand how you, piggy cops, think you’re doing something good with your life when all you’re doing is staking out a charitable event.
And who the fuck makes a law that bans feeding homeless people? Apparently Orlando, the worst place on Earth. Perhaps they should spend more time looking into why they have so many hobos and not making stupid laws.

Being from Florida, I’m not surprised at this level of stupidity
They setup surveillance for this “crime” and then only charged him with providing false information?
Even though I side with police many times, this one is just silly.
I wish I was able to pick a state to expel out of the Union. Without hesitation, I would cut Florida out of this wonderful experiment we call the United States. Florida is the source of all the most disgusting and depraved shit I read about. Kids getting high off fecal matter? Florida. Suburban kids getting their kicks beating sleeping homeless men to death? Florida. A mother puts her kids in the trunk because the keg is riding shotgun and there is no room in the backseat? Undoubtedly Florida. Don’t get me wrong. I’m sure there are wonderful people in Florida; they would have a two-year window to return to the United States before Florida is closed off forever.

this is just sad. this is also why i have so many issues with this great country of ours that cares more about being super power and oil than the well being of its citizens. how can such mind numbing fools pass such laws. peoples tax dollars actually funded some buffoons to sit in a room and draft this law. then more money went to regular guys (who would never feed the needy) with a badge to enforce this stupidity. we are just a country of sheep who have the wrong priorities.
diana- Miami would be gone forever. You would not have permission to go there because we would not recognize Florida as a legal entity. It would be a phantom. But other parts of Florida would be annexed into the United States. We would have to pull the Keys closer to Georgia via a barge. Im not a scientist but it would have to work.
